　　国务院近日发布“新36条”，文件指出进一步拓宽民间投资的领域和范围，鼓励和引导民间投资进入实体经济。如果“新36条”能够很好地贯彻落实，将起到抑制资产泡沫的作用。

        　　文中的private investment就是指“民间投资”，也称为non-state investment。Private在这里表示“私营的，民间的”，例如如今在经济发展中扮演重要角色的private enterprise(民营企业)。此次文件的一大亮点是民间投资获准进入“垄断行业”，下面我们就来看看“垄断行业”该怎么表达。
