        　　7月10日第五轮中美战略与经济对话第一天，中美就气候变化合作方面的五个新的行动计划达成一致。
        　　China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue(中美战略与经济对话)是中美双方就事关两国关系发展的战略性、长期性、全局性问题而进行的战略对话(to exchange views on issues of strategic, long-term and overall significance in their bilateral relations)，首轮对话于2009年7月在美国华盛顿举行。
        　　此次中美双发就气候变化合作(collaboration on addressing climate change)达成的五个行动计划包括： reducing emissions from heavy-duty and other vehicles(载重汽车减排)， increasing carbon capture, utilization, and storage(增加碳捕集利用和封存)， increasing energy efficiency in buildings, industry, and transport(提高建筑和工业能效)， improving greenhouse gas data collection and management(加强温室气体数据收集和管理)，以及promoting smart power grids(推广智能电网)。
