　　有网友说：我不是在电脑旁边看手机，就是拿着手机在看电脑。因为便携式设备和无线网络的普及，人们似乎越来越离不开这些屏幕了。于是，长时间盯着各类屏幕成为家常便饭，随之而来的近视现象也就不可避免了。
