　　在parade rehearsal(游行演练)和military parade(国庆阅兵)期间，red armbands可以帮助进行安保工作，并对游客进行疏导。他们成为60th anniversary celebrations(60周年国庆)的volunteer team(志愿者队伍)，并在白天执行patrol responsibilities(巡逻任务)。这种city volunteers program(城市志愿者计划)是在去年北京奥运会时确立起来的。
