　　十七届三中全会关于农村土地改革的文件规定，要加强土地承包经营权流转管理和服务，农民可以按照依法自愿有偿原则，以转包、出租、互换、转让、股份合作等形式流转土地承包经营权，发展多种形式的适度规模经营。

　　上面的报道中，sub-contract就是指“转包合同”。这个词最常出现在商务用语中，形式类似于我们平常经常听到的“外包”(outsource)。Sub-contract在做名词使用时，是指 a contract that assigns some of the obligations of a prior contract to another party.，也就是将合同的部分项目转让给另一方来完成的合同。此外，这个词还可以直接做动词使用，指to make a subcontract or a subcontract for，意即“订立分包合同，订立转包契约”。
