公民出境游目的国 Approved Destination Status

　　17日早晨8时30分，港中旅国际旅行社组织的25名游客搭乘美联航UA880飞赴夏威夷，拉开赴美国旅游大幕。自17日开始，北京市旅行社组织的赴美游首发团陆续出发，中旅、康辉国旅、国旅总社、中青旅以及港中旅组织的近300市民抢先一步美国尝鲜。

　　The MOU saw the US granted "Approved Destination Status" after years of negotiation, making it the 134th country on China's approved list.
　　随着该谅解备忘录的签署，美国终于在几年的协商之后开放成为中国第134个“公民出境游目的国”。
　　上述报道中，Approved Destination Status就是我们所说的“公民出境游目的国”，也叫Authorized Destination Status，简称ADS。 memorandum of understanding是“谅解备忘录”，由此衍生，“合作备忘录”就是memorandum of cooperation了。
