　　5月3日，攀枝花钢铁公司与中行在成都签署了250亿元共同支持汶川地震灾区灾后重建全面金融合作协议。根据协议，中国银行将为攀枝花钢铁公司提供人民币250亿元的授信支持，开辟抗震救灾“绿色授信通道”，加快贷款受理、审批和发放速度，提高审批效率。
　　Bank of China has given a 25 billion yuan credit line to Panzhihua Iron & Steel Group and Anhui Conch Cement Co to help their rebuilding efforts in earthquake-hit areas.
　　中国银行已为攀枝花钢铁集团以及安徽海螺水泥股份有限公司提供250亿元的信用额度支持以协助其灾区重建工作。
　　The group will also get other financial support including liquidity loan and fixed-asset loan services, cash management and financial consulting services from BOC, the bank said.
　　中行表示，攀枝花钢铁集团还会从该行得到包括流动资金贷款、固定资产贷款、资金管理以及金融咨询等在内的其他金融服务。
　　上述报道中，credit line 指的是An arrangement in which a bank or vendor extends a specified amount of unsecured credit to a specified borrower for a specified time period， also called line of credit，也就是我们所说的“信用额度”，银行授予其基本客户一定金额的信用限度，在规定的一段时间内，企业可以循环使用这么多金额的款项。
　　其他的金融支持包括：liquidity loan(流动资金贷款)、fixed-asset loan(固定资产贷款)、bridge loan(过渡性搭桥贷款)等。
