　　最新考古成果显示，早在5000年前，浙江良渚就已经存在一座总面积达290多万平方米的古城，那么，文物“出土，发掘”怎么说呢?
　　Archaeologists are excited at the prospect that the remains of a 4,000-year-old city - larger than the Forbidden City - unearthed on the east coast could be the oldest kingdom in the nation's history.
　　考古学家惊喜地发现，坐落于中国东部的浙江省良渚古城，面积比北京紫禁城还要大，距今约有4000多年历史，且可能成为中国发掘出的历史最悠久的古城。
　　这里，unearth 表示“(从地下)出土，掘出”，古城(被)发掘表示为“old kingdom unearthed”。遗迹，遗址即ruins/remains 。
　　词缀un-加名词构成动词，表示”由...取出“，或”使...丧失“，例如unhorse(从马上卸下)，unmask (揭下面具)，unthrone (废除王位)等等。
