　　3月31日凌晨，香港联交所最终批准了美国三大私人投资公司向联想注资3.5亿美元，联想股票复牌后大涨7%。在联想宣布并购IBMPC后的第113天，这宗世人瞩目的跨国并购资金缺口问题也将得到解决。
　　Shares in Lenovo Group, the largest Chinese maker of personal computers, rose Thursday after three buyout funds bought a stake in the company for $350 million.

　　Lenovo shares closed at 2.65 Hong Kong dollars, or 34 U.S. cents, up 4 percent. Texas Pacific Group, General Atlantic Partners and Newbridge Capital will together own a 12 percent stake in the Beijing-based company and each will be represented on its board.

　　The investment will help fund Lenovo's $1.25 billion purchase of the personal computer unit of International Business Machines.
　　Buyout表示“全部买下(市上产品、公司或产业)”，例如：If the workers do approve the buyout, their company will become the nation's largest employee-owned enterprise.(如果工人们确实赞同这桩交易，那么他们的公司将变成全国最大的雇员所有的企业。)
　　据悉，这三家公司分别是德克萨斯太平洋集团、General Atlantic和美国新桥投资集团，它们将共同拥有新联想集团约12.4的股权，并在12位董事会成员中占据3席。联想将其中的约1.5亿美元用于收购资金，余下约2亿美元作为公司日常运营资金和一般企业用途。
