　　正当朝核问题六方会谈在北京艰难进行之时，平息了一段时间的伊朗核问题又起波澜。在伊朗宣布重启核活动的决定后，英、法、德三国大为恼火。8月2日，三国外长共同致信伊朗，警告伊朗不要“轻举妄动”。法国总理德维尔潘更是威胁要将伊朗核问题提交联合国安理会解决。
　　Iran said it hoped to restart work at a uranium conversion plant on Wednesday and said a request by the U.N. nuclear watchdog that it wait a week for surveillance equipment to be installed was unacceptable.
　　The spokesman for Iran's Supreme National Security Council Ali Aghamohammadi said IAEA inspectors and Iranian experts were at work at the plant near the central city of Isfahan.
　　"They are doing the executive work and we hope that today we will be able to restart the activities," he told reporters.

　　针对伊朗核问题出现的新危机，法国媒体认为，能否通过谈判解决伊朗核问题，这是对欧盟脱离美国、以独立外交解决重大国际问题能力的一次重大考验。
