　　“核”问题一直是国际社会一谈再谈的热门。针对朝鲜本月9日进行的地下核试验，外交部发言人刘建超再次重申：中国政府的一贯立场是坚持半岛无核化目标，反对核扩散，主张通过对话和谈判解决朝鲜半岛核问题。

　　由报道可知，“无核化”、“核扩散”相应的英文表达分别为“denuclearization”和“proliferation of nuclear weapons”。Denuclearization(无核化)源于动词denuclearize(使非核武器化)，在此，前缀“de-”表否定，意思是“除去”，如：defreeze(解冻、融化)、defrost(除霜)、defuse(拆除雷管)。
　　Proliferation(扩散)相应的动词形式是“proliferate”(增生、扩散)，看例句：Motorcycles proliferated when gasoline prices rose.(汽油价格上涨后摩托车激增。)词根“prolifère”表示“生殖的”，由它可衍生出一系列“多产、冗长”词汇，如：prolific(高产的，丰富的)、prolificacy(多产)、prolix(冗长的，长篇大论的)。
