　　报道中的“adoptive parents”就是“养父母”。“Adoptive”源于动词adopt(收养)，相应地，我们可由“adoptive”衍生出一系列相关表达：adoptive son(养子)、adoptive father(养父)、adoptive mother(养母)。
　　此外，报道中的biological与adoptive相对，指的是“有血缘关系的”，因此，biological parents指的就是“生身父母”。另外，生身父母还可用“birth parents”来表示。
