　　腾讯Q币在近期的虚拟货币讨论中被列为首要关注对象。不过，BDA咨询公司的分析师刘斌认为，中国政府针对虚拟货币和网上赌博的管理措施不会对腾讯产生太大负面影响，其理由是，他认为腾讯网上赌博业务占其总收入的比例微乎其微。

　　报道中的“virtual money ”就是网民们甚为熟悉的“虚拟钱币”，“virtual”在此表示“虚拟的”，属于网络词汇，伴随着电脑的发明应运而生。此外，我们日常所说的“虚拟社区”可表示为“virtual community”，而“虚拟物品”则可用“virtual items”来形容。
　　值得一提的是，“virtual”还有一层含义与“虚拟的”正好相反，它可用来形容“实质上的，实际的”，如：A virtual state of war exists between the two country.(这两个国家实际上处于战争状态。)
