  一.给下属的邮件怎么写:

          To: All Staff
          Re: Meeting on budget cuts

          I’m writing to inform you we’ll have a meeting next Tuesday discussing
possible budget cuts of our department. As we all know, our revenues have been
dropping rapidly in the past year. To survive this difficult time, we have to
cut costs now.

          2.技巧总结:
          Subject line – specific (noun phrase)
          Purpose – first, clear
          Organization – coherent (transitionals), concise
          Reasoning – logical, convincing; Making important sound important
          Formality – appropriate; Relationship between writer & reader; Language
(salutation, complimentary close, signature, phrases)
          二.给领导的邮件怎么写:

          Subject: Presentation skills course
          Dear Mr. Wu,
