　　Dear buddies,
        　　Here there is a friendly foreigner who is in need of your help and suggestion. He is a French guy and wants to Chinese.
        　　The problem now for him is that he doesn’t know which is the right place for him to choose. If you know some place for foreigners to learn Chinese, can you provide him with related information? His requirements of the Chinese learning school or place are as follow: it should be a good place although not the best one; it should be located in provinces where most of its residents speak mandarin but not dialect.. it’s better that the learning fee is not quite expensive. That’s all. My friends, pls be kind to help him.
