据英国《太阳报》报道，现任美国加州州长施瓦辛格此前在接受美国哥伦比亚广播公司"60分钟"节目采访时亲口承认，他支持对美国宪法加以修改，以允许象他一样出生于国外的美国公民能够有机会竞选美国总统，而且他本人将在宪法得到修改之后第一时间竞选总统。
