Rush means to be short on time and have to hurry. Who is in a hurry? What is the reason? What is the surrounding like?

范例1：
When he saw the message, he found out it was not from the person he was hoping for. In the message, there was only a time and a location. Although the caller identity indicated unknown sender, he knew well enough who it was from. Checking the time, he saw that he would not have to rush and would still have enough time to get there. He got changed and headed out to the location right away. Getting there sooner would allow him a bit of time to scout out the location a bit more.
