Since there was still a short while until the restaurant reservation time, the new acquaintance offered to give Sean a tour of this private health club. At the counter, he got Sean the guest access privilege, and handed Sean a locker key bracelet. “Why don't you drop off your things in the locker? Then you won't have to carry it while we walk around,” his host suggested. “Sure,” Sean replied. The staff politely pointed the way to the locker room. Curiously looking around, Sean did not see the brief eye contact between his host and the staff behind the counter.
