背景介绍：
Online learning is becoming more and more popular, especially for people who are working. Whenever they feel the need to upgrade their skills, many options are available on the web.
话题：
1) If you feel the need to upgrade your skills, would you prefer online learning, or classroom learning?
2) What are the advantages and disadvantages to online learning?
范例1：
For skills which have a much larger component of knowledge and information compared to hands-on techniques, online learning seems to be preferable. Not only can one save on time commuting back and forth from class, one is more in charge of where and when to learn the required information. Moreover, the tuition would also be lower. On the other hand, if the skill is more physically oriented, it would be more difficult to learn online. Some examples would be learning how to do first aid, how to swim, or how to ski. Doing so via the internet appears to be much more difficult, and may not be efficient at all.
