        范例1：
        There is one guy spending so much playing computer games in his dorm room. It brings those days when I spent much time watching soap operas, in particular Korean ones, in my dorm room to my mind. It can be called nothing but a waste of time. This kind of addiction is really common among young students. As far as I am concerned, addiction means the lack of self-control. In fact, self-control is a quality of great significance. As a quality, self-control is not a thing we are born with but a thing needing to be nurtured. On the way of gaining the ability of self-control，sometimes we may lose the way and be tempted to something even be addictive to something. In the face of so much temptation, the ability of self-control does matter. In a sense, addiction is also a kind of escaping from the physical world which brings us many negative emotions such as depression and diffidence. When we cannot face the harsh real world, we may immerse ourselves in a world where there are no hardships. However, there is no plain sailing in the world. We need to get down to the earth and struggle in order to survive in the competitive market.
