        背景介绍：
        上期节目中小编与大家探讨了过冬这么一个话题，大家对冬天有着不同的想法。今天我们所讨论的行动力，也与上篇有所联系，即面对生命旅程中的严寒酷暑，我们如何去切实履行自己的义务，去实现既定的目标，完成应有的责任。话不多说，那么，让我们Action吧！
        话题：
        1. What do you think of execution? Do you have a strong ability to execute ?
        2. Sometimes, we find it hard to execute. What's the reason of it ? And how can we deal with the obstacles ?
        3. DIY one topic.
        范例1：
        If you ask me, execution is a path that bridges you from the reality to the ideality. However, it is a long but hard journey that people may relinquish. As a result, execution becomes a challenge to people. People are apt to be avoidable to execute, or even ignore the power of action. In face of the fear and unknown future of life, I believe this path will be put a satisfactory end one day, no matter how long it is. I hold the belief that you should act now if it won't cost you too much. Once more, better late than never.
