1. Do you have something that you regret? How does it influence you today?
2. What's in your view of treating regret?

范例1：
Well, I feel like not so much talking about what regreted me, for I recognize that it's no use crying over the spilled milk. On the other hand, it can be practical to map out your future. Open your notebook and leave a pen on the desk. Think about your future and write down what you may regret in some days. Always keep it in mind and spare no effort to prevent those regret coming true. Once more, we create success that minimizes regret.
