If you ask me, I'm inclined to stand by the side of releasing this new policy. On the one hand, it's a kind of legitimate protection of property rights for those musicians, which deserves their artistic creation. On the other hand, the new policy will promote the development of the music industry in our country, with the result that there will be more pieces of music with better quality and hence beautify our life. In spite of the fact that we shall pay for them, it's worthy and reasonable. So, we have every reason to think that non-gratuitous music-download business opens a new door to us, leading to a better world.
