Background:
“穷忙族”（Working Poor）这类人群最早出现于上世纪90年代的美国，指一群拼命工作仍然无法摆脱最低水准生活的人们。
网友给出国内“穷忙族”的新标准：1. 一周工作超过54小时，但是看不到前途；2.一年内未曾加薪；3.三年内未曾升职； 4.薪水很低到月底总是很艰难；5.积蓄少无力置产；6.工资不低但花钱很多；7.收入不低但内心没有安全感。不少网友表示自己躺枪了。
话题：
1) What do you think are the causes of Working Poor?
2) If you are a student, what measures can you take to avoid becoming working poor in the future?
3) If you are working now, do you think yourself a working poor? If yes, how to make a change?
范例1：
I have graduated from university and been working for about three years. And I had changed my job twice in order to find a satisfactory position and get a handsome salary. However, you can’t have the cake and eat it too.
Even though I majored in English, I found that I had to start everything new and to keep learning since my second job relates to manufacture industry. And what I have learned is anything but what I have got from university. So, I think, the traditional view that it is all right for you to stop studies after you are not a student any more is nonsense.
But I have to conclude that it is worth your while to persist in a life long learning.

When the word “Working Poor” occurs to me, I, as a college student who haven’t leave the campus, think of those young graduates who work hard but get low salaries. Facing this phenomenon, I consider that something should be done.
First of all, destination. While we are still studying in campus, it is essential for us to establish a clear goal. As a result, we will know what we are studying hard for at least. In addition, determination. This is for those graduates who are standing at the cross of the multiple choices. Just make a determination to choose a job which fits yourselves best but not be chosen by the jobs. Last but not the least, deliberation. It is of great significance to hold a relaxed and positive attitude during working hours.
