        背景介绍:
Compared to the western culture development, graduates with bachelor degree is usually easier to find a job than the students who obtained the Master program diploma. In that case, people usually say overqualified to the job hunters. People pay more attention to the work experience due to the reason of the practice of knowledge in real situation instead of theoretical application from the books. However, in China people care more about the level of the degree instead of working experience in job selection.
        话题:
For today's topic, please select one listed below to share your thoughts^^:
        1. What is your perferable side in finding a job, working experience or the level of degree diploma?
        2. With the development in China, what are the other culture differences between Chinese and Western sides?
        3. Open and free style, you can talk about your thinking of culture shock, or western cultural differences.
        范例1:
In the season of graduation, students always face the pressure of finding a job or choosing to further education in Master program. In Canada, graduates with bachelor degree will directly go for jobs and very few will continue to apply Master program. In their culture, working experience overweighs the value of diploma from the university. Nonetheless, Chinese give priority to the diploma of higher level of study such as Master or PhD. If you have a higher degree, you have better possibility in getting the job. The difference leads to my concern in future decision in finding a job. You can not say the preferable side is better or not in terms of culture shock.
        范例2:
I was so surprise when my friend treated me to a dinner on arriving in San Francisco for the first time. In a sudden I was confused that the restaurant was in China because people around were speaking in Chinese and the menu was written in characters. That helped to cure my homesick but not get involved in the western culture. After all I have been in a totally different county and culture shock can be seen everywhere. The most impressive thing in this country is diversity. People in the street can be in various appearances reflecting in skin colors, styles of the hair, wearing clothes much or less, and languages they talking in. Although they are like this, people treat them in the same way, no differences on judgment of the looking. So in my opinion there is no right or wrong in the differentiations but just you use to it or not.
