This time, the pop star is under fire for telling a racist joke in video footage that was recorded several years ago but only surfaced on Sunday, June 1.这一次，这位流行歌手因为一段种族歧视的玩笑视频片段而备受指责。这段视频是在几年前录的，但在六月一号才曝光。
In the clip, which was posted on the pay site for U.K.newspaper The Sun as well as on TMZ, a young Justin can be seen and heard asking, "Why are black people afraid of chain saws?" He then delivers a tasteless punchline, saying, "run" followed by his repeated use of the N-word.这段视频被放到了英国太阳报和TMZ的网站上，当时稚嫩的贾斯汀在影片中问：“为什么黑人怕电锯？”随后以音同电锯运转声的歧视黑人字眼，搞笑高呼“Run! Nigger…(快跑，黑鬼)”。

Hours after the footage emerged, Bieber issued an apology via TMZ. "As a kid, I didn't understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt.
