        据台湾媒体报道，“帽子歌后”凤飞飞惊传今(13)日因肺癌在香港猝逝，享年60岁。
        据传，她在上月已在香港病逝，和她的先生一样，都是肺癌。此消息也震撼台湾社会。另外，凤飞飞原本要在去年6月要举办巡回演唱会，那时候她透过录音的方式跟粉丝道歉，表示声带长茧，至少要治疗一年。但其实，她是患了肺癌末期，癌细胞跑到声带。
