2011 Hit FM Music Awards (2011 HMA) 颁奖礼于1月29日落下帷幕。美国说唱天王Eminem凭借去年的专辑《Recovery》成功收复失地，揽下最佳男歌手 (Best Male Artist)、最佳合唱单曲 (Best Collaboration) 和年度十大单曲 (Top 10 of the Year) 三项大奖，成为此次颁奖礼的最大赢家。
得到众多内地歌迷喜爱的Lady Gaga虽然在最佳女歌手的争夺上败给了乡村小天后Taylor Swift，但她凭借独特的时尚品味与去年的《The Fame Monster》专辑摘下了年度时尚大奖 (Style Icon of the Year)，两支单曲《Alejandro》、《Bad Romance》也当仁不让入选年度十大单曲。
纵观本届HMA的获奖名单，不难发现，在2010年当红的艺人Ke$ha、The Black Eyed Peas、Lady Gaga、Rihanna、Justin Bieber等已经成为全球现象，在本届HMA也是得到众多歌迷的支持，分得一杯羹。而在去年爆红的美剧《Glee》也成为了不少歌迷的心水挚爱，凭借翻唱《Teenage Dream》获得年度最佳影视剧单曲。本届的HMA吸引了数以万计的歌迷投票，在短短的一个月内成为众多欧美乐迷热议的话题，每年一次的HMA也成为内地欧美音乐迷们首屈一指的风向标。
