        Throughout Season 8 of "Doctor Who" it was rumored that Jenna Coleman was preparing to exit the series.         "That was her last episode," Moffat says. "And then she asked me if she could be in Christmas? So I said, 'Okay, I'll write you out in Christmas.'         That's twice Coleman nearly left the series before changing her mind at the last minute. Luckily, Moffat was pleased she had second thoughts. "The truth is I never wanted her to go. I didn't really want 'Death in Heaven' to be her last episode," he says.
