Syfy has given the green light to drama series 12 Monkeys, the network announced Friday.美国Syfy电视台周五宣布签下经典电影《12只猴子》改编的美剧。
Based on the 1995 film starring Bruce Willis and Brad Pitt, the drama stars Aaron Stanford as a time traveler from the post-apocalyptic future who appears in present day on a mission to locate and eradicate the source of a deadly plague that will eventually decimate the human race.这部电影是由Bruce Willis和Brad Pitt主演的，而美剧中作为主角的时间旅人则会由Aaron Stanford来出演，这个角色从未来穿越到现代，是为了寻找阻止给未来人类带来巨大灾难的瘟疫病毒的扩散。
