"Weeds" returns for its eighth and final season this coming weekend. Zap2it has seen the first two episodes and so we thought we'd whet your appetite for the Botwin goings-on when we pick up with everyone's favorite pot-dealing family.
Here are seven things to look forward to from the first two episodes:
1.Not only will the premiere answer the "Who got shot?" question, but by episode's end, the viewers at least will know who did the shooting. And it came as a bit of a surprise to us.
2.Just because we tease other plots for characters does not mean they were not the one who got shot.
3.Shane is still gung-ho about the police academy, much to the chagrin of the person he decides to confide in about his new career path.
4.There's a time-jump between the first and second episodes of a few months.
5.Jill is still hanging around, knocking boots with Andy - til her husband Scott shows up in episode 2.
6.Nancy starts to have a crisis of conscience regarding the person she used to be and seemingly has turned over a new leaf.
7.By the end of episode 2, someone has figured out who the shooter was. And we're not sure it's going to end well.
"Weeds" returns Sunday, July 1 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Showtime.

4. 第一二集之间，故事时间会有几个月的间隔跳跃。
5. 南希（Nancy）的妹妹吉尔（Jill）依然游手好闲，每天跟安迪（Andy）厮混，她老公斯考特（Scott）终于在第二集登场。
6. 南希受到了良心的折磨，纠结于她曾经的角色和她未来的新生活。
7. 第二集结束时，剧中有人猜出了凶手是谁，但事情会发展到什么地步可真不好说。 |
