Section B
41. behalve应改为behalf。on behalf of 代表，没有复数形式。
42. exist应改为existing。存在本身是一个主动词，若用分词做定语，要用现在分词。而过去分词表示被动的意思。
43. oblige应改为obligations根据句子成分看出应该用名词。
44. failing应改为fail.should后面要跟动词原型。
45. specific 应改为specified.specific是形容词，后面必须跟名词。而在这里明显是过去分词短语做后置定语，必须用动词的过去分词形式。 |
