就像剧中这句话，由于用了by any chance，表明说话人故意削弱自己的问题语气，传达一种信息，无论你是不是贵族都不要紧，我只是随口问一问。而此时，像you are not sth , are you?以否定开头，肯定做反义疑问结尾的句子结构和by any chance可谓绝配，是个使用范例。

——在这种强调结果的句子中，不用Merlin got you 而是Merlin has got you，前者表示真高兴梅林去给你争取过机会，强调高兴的原因是争取机会的动作；后者意思是梅林给你争取到了机会，强调为你得到这个机会而高兴。

——又一句透露人生哲学的句子，很实用的描述。在习语中，往往没有任何连词表示分句之间的逻辑关系，但是正是这种连词的缺省，才使得习语更加耐人寻味，简洁却增加了句子的文采。

——take it用法繁多，也很灵活。在这里相当于deal with
——mature成熟的，不是什么人都有资格用这个词来夸奖别人的，一般说这种话的人都比被夸奖者成熟。

——解散！口令用语，虽是不常接触到的场景，但是值得搜集的词。另外Charge!冲啊！号召冲锋陷阵时喊的祈使句，实际上此时charge做动词用，表示to rush forward and attack sb or sth。

-You do us a great honour, Sir Lancelot. The knighthood is the very foundation of Camelot. Your father would be very proud.——可见在中古时期的欧洲，荣誉骑士精神 光宗耀祖 在社会生活中的地位

——该条中搜集的都是看欧洲宫廷剧的必备知识，虽然现代口语中无法应用。
