【关于片名】Pushing Daisies
曾见过这部片子被翻译成《灵指神探》、《冥侦探艾艾》等，但是很多人对这部片子的本名非常不解。小猪在网上搜罗到的解释意思差不多，这个短语是从push up daisies来的，If someone is said to be pushing up the daisies, they are dead.push up daisies第一次使用是在Wilfred Owen的一首诗中。诗的原句由于篇幅原因，也因为以前贴过，所以请点击查看>> 。

在这个特别的时候
very作形容词的时候有“恰好的，绝对的，特别的”等意思，平时我们用的最多的是副词用法,thank you very much啥的，这种形容词用法大家也可以熟悉一下。
2.Long after their play date was over, young Ned remained under Chuck's spell.
他们的游戏结束很长时间之后，小Ned还沉浸在Chuck的魅力中。spell:诱惑力
3.In the grand universal scheme of things,
If you say that in the grand scheme of things something is not important, you mean that it is not important when compared to much more serious things.
这里小猪同意风软的翻译，把这句翻译成“从全局的安排上来看”
4.Young Ned's father would hustle him off to boarding school.
小Ned的爸爸匆匆忙忙的把他送到了寄宿学校。
hustle off to：匆匆赶往……
boarding school：寄宿学校
5.Heretofore known as now.
直到此时，被叫做“现在”。这个句子小猪看到的两个字幕版本翻译的都是“也就是现在”，但是个人认为结合前面的剧情，这里应该对这个now有所强调，所以我这样翻译了一下。

6.my secretary sicked her dog on me.
我的秘书让她的狗攻击了我。
sick的意思我们之前接触最多的就是“病人”，或者是形容词词性的“恶心的、厌恶的”等，其实还有一个动词的用法，意思是“使狗去攻击”
7.Know of her in the biblical sense?
If you know someone in the biblical sense, you have had sex or sexual relations with them. 如果你know some one in the biblical sense，那就是你们有sexual relations。
忽然想起老友记第一集里Monica问她同事，You mean you know Paul like I know paul？不知道这里是不是隐藏了一个in the biblical sense。

Prince Charming是灰姑娘里面的王子哦。
9.but I wasn't quite sure how to sugar-coat it.
但是我不知道该怎么让它听起来好一点。sugar-coat:裹以糖衣,使...显得更可爱;

正义能得到伸张。如果要说正义终将得以伸张就是Justice will be served!
11.Only Sleeping Beauty could know how she felt at this moment.
挑这句出来就想和前面的Prince Charming照应一下。

简单说来，就是这样。

push your luck的意思在汉语里也有个比较形象的说法，叫做“撞大运”，呵呵
14.- Are you a drug mule ?
- No. I'm a monkey mule.
drug mule是毒贩的意思，而monkey mule就是chuck自己派生的词了，小猪我很想在后面加一句，well, I use emule.
15. Your next of kin.
你的亲戚。
以前一说亲戚就是relatives，现在又多学了一个词。
小猪观后感：
其实这片子去年放的时候我追了几集的，但是那时候比较沉迷犯罪剧，所以觉得这里面的案子太小儿科。这部被称为成人童话剧的灵指神探在去年美剧的一片惨淡中赚到了很多好评。最近又翻出来看，仔细看了英文的台词才觉得里面暗藏了很多玄机，第二季将于十一正式回归（看看仿名画的宣传照>>），希望我能在回归前把第一季笔记做完。
