　　例一：a busy body
        　　【误译】忙人
        　　【正译】爱管闲事的人
        　　【例句】None of us like him, for he is a busy body. 我们都不喜欢他，因为他爱管闲事。
        　　例二：a black sheep
        　　【误译】一头黑羊
        　　【正译】害群之马
        　　【例句】It is a small flock that has not a black sheep. 人多必有败类。
        　　He is a black sheep in the family. 他是他家的败家子。
        　　I suppose every family has a black sheep. 我想，每个家庭恐怕都有个败家子。
        　　There's a black sheep in every flock. 每一个团体中都难免有害群之马。
        　　Tom often makes noise in the class and is really a black sheep.
汤姆经常在班上吵闹，的确是个害群之马。
        　　Dick is a Black sheep, always Bringing trouble to his family.
迪克是个败家子,总给他家里招惹麻烦。

        　　例三：pull sb's leg
        　　【误译】拖后腿
        　　【正译】开某人的玩笑，取笑某人
        　　【例句】I thought he was pulling my leg. 我认为他是在愚弄我。
        　　例四：eat one's words
        　　【误译】自食其言
        　　【正译】收回前言，改正错话
        　　【例句】Don't brag so much. I guarantee you will eat your words sooner or
later. 别说大话,我保证你迟早要收回前言,承认错误。
        　　He said that no one could beat him, but he had to eat his words after
losing several games. 他说没人能打败他,可是输了几场比赛后,他只好收回自己说的话。
