　　The Lover’s Appeal
        　　Sir Thomas Wyatt
        　　托马斯·怀亚特爵士(Sir Thomas Wyatt，1503-1542年)，英国诗人、政治家。他和萨里的伯爵享利·霍华德一起，把十四行诗引入英国文学。他们的作品首先出版在《托泰尔杂记》(1557年)。
        　　怀亚特出生于肯特郡。他在剑桥大学获得学士(1518年)和硕士(1522年)学位。怀亚特是享利八世的亲信，做过几任外交职务，1536年被封为爵士。
