模仿文本： Containment booms funnel trash and debris towards the gadget, where a leaf rake pulls it in and onto a moving conveyer that drops the garbage into a dumpster. The dumpster is on a floating dock that can be pulled to shore by boat, where the waste is burned to create electrical energy.
The water wheel is more efficient than the way the garbage was being picked up -- using small boats with nets.围栏将垃圾碎片导引入这个装置，叶耙再将垃圾吸入移动的传送带并送到垃圾桶中。垃圾桶位于一个可以被船拖到岸边的漂浮船坞上，之后垃圾被燃烧转化为电能。
水车比传统的使用小船和渔网捡垃圾的作业方式更有效。
