        A: Come on in. Let me show you around. Here’s the living room.
        B: Great. The view from the window is wonderful.
        A: This is the kitchen.
        B: It looks new.
        A: Yes. We just renovated a few month ago.
        B: I like it.
        A: Here’s the master bedroom.
        B: Wow, it’s nice. What did you say about the rent?
        A: $900 a month.
        B: Does that include utilities?
        A: Yes. It includes electricity, water, gas and cable, but the telephone is extra.
        B: When will it be available?
        A: The end of this month.
        B: I like it a lot but I need to talk with my wife. Can you hold it for me for two days?
        A: Sure.
        B: Thank you very much. I will let you know as soon as possible.
        A: 请进来吧，让我带你看看房间。这是客厅。
        B: 太好了。从这窗户向外看，景色很不错啊。
        A: 这是厨房。
        B: 看上去好像很新啊。
        A: 是的。几个月之前，我们新装修的。
        B: 我喜欢这厨房。
        A: 这是主卧。
        B: 哇，真好。你说租金是多少来着？
        A: 每月900元。
        B: 包括水电煤气费吗？
        A: 是的。包括电费，水费，煤气费和有线电视费。但是电话费得另付。
        B: 什么时候可以入住？
        A: 这个月底。
        B: 我很喜欢这房子，但是我要和我妻子商量一下。你能等我两天吗？
        A: 可以。
