        No response when you answer the phone.
        A: Hello? Hello?
        B: (No response; Silence)
        A: Hello? Who is calling, please?
        B: (No response)
        A: Listen, I know who you are. If you call this number again, I’ll call the police. You’ll be arrested. I’ve got your number.
        当你接电话的时候，没有人应答。
        A: 喂？喂？
        B: （没人回答；沉默）
        A: 喂？请问你是哪位？
        B: （没有回答）
        A: 听着，我知道你是谁。如果你再拨这个号码，我要叫警察了。你会被逮捕的。我已经知道你的电话号码了。
        【莫名其妙的电话-2】
        Caller does not continue a phone conversation.
        A: Hello?
        B: Hi. May I speak to Eric?
        A: Eric? Eric who?
        B: Eric Robert.
        A: Who’s calling, please?
        B: A friend of the family.
        A: Just a minute. I’ll put you through.
        C: (Eric receives the call.) Hello? Hello? Speak up, please. I can’t hear you. Is anybody there? There’s nobody there.
        A: 喂？
        B: 嗨，我可以和埃里克讲话吗？
        A: 埃里克？哪个埃里克？
        B: 埃里克 罗伯特。
        A: 请问你是哪位？
        B: 他们家的一位朋友。
        A: 稍等。我帮你找去。
        C: （埃里克接电话）喂？喂？请讲话。我听不见。有人在吗？没人在。
