        A: Does Andy really have it in him to lead his basketball team out of this slump?
        B: Yes, I’m sure he can do it —he’s been leading this team through good times and bad for over twenty years.
        A: Andy真的有能力带领他的篮球队走出低谷吗？
        B: 肯定能，我相信他能做到 —— 二十多年来他一直同这支球队休戚与共。
        【迷你小对话2】
        A: You had what it took to make it into the NBA, but do you have what it takes to stay there?
        B: I’ve got the goods, coach, and I’ll prove it. Just give me a chance!
        A: 你凭实力进了NBA，但你有实力一直呆下去吗？
        B: 我有真本事，教练，我会证明给你看的，给我个机会。
        【语言点精讲】
        have it in sb.: 用来形容某人具备做某项（很可能是有潜在危险或困难）的任务的能力和耐力。
        what it takes: 成功的必要条件。通常用于谈论某项任务或工作。
        the goods: 在口语中可以用来指真正的货物，也可以用来代指information。说某人get the goods，是指这个人对某事很在行，肚子里很有货。这是一种比较不礼貌的俚语用法。
        slump: 衰落，不景气。
        NBA: 美国球果篮球协会National Basketball Association的缩写。
        coach: 教练。
