        B: Yes, I was thrilled to bits to hear that I would advance in my career at the company.
        A: Good for you, I know it is hard to meet the boss’s approval and to move forward.
        A: 我听说你上周五的时候得到提升了。
        B: 是呀。我听到在公司能有发展时简直高兴得无法形容。
        A: 真运气！我知道能得到老板的认可和提拔不容易。

        get a promotion: 得到提升；升职。
        be thrilled to bits: 用来形容某人很快乐，处于一种狂喜的状态。bits，指零星碎片。
        advance: 提拔，升迁。
        career: 职业，事业。
        approval: 认可，赞成。
