The stand will be finished just before the event, and demolition will begin the next day.总统宣誓就职后，发表了演讲并出席了国会午宴。之后由总统就职委员会接管。该委员会负责就职游行和相关事宜。阅兵台的修建于十一月份大选之前开始。总统会在阅兵台上检阅整个游行队伍。阅兵台会在游行前竣工。拆除工作会在第二天开始。
