        首先我们来学习第一种发音：AY的发音
        当字母A出现在单词中时，也发字母A的音，下巴先保持向下的状态，然后提上来发字母E的音。这两个发音的结合就成了美式发音中A的音了。

        嘴唇：不要圆，放松
        舌头：绷紧，从口腔中高部移向高部
