        B: You think so? I’ll bet it’s a front. Lots of softhearted people put on an act.
        A: You mean like a man of straw under a hard shell?
        B: Yeah, he probably goes all soft and gushy at the first sign of tears.
        A: Maybe, but I won’t be the one to try that out.
        B: You are too kind!
        A: 跟你说吧，新来的主任真难应付。
        B: 你这样觉得？我敢说那只是表面现象。有很多人都是色厉内荏。。
        A: 你是说他强硬的外表下有着一颗软弱的心？
        B: 恐怕他一见眼泪，心就会软下来大动感情的。
        A: 也许吧，不过我是不会去验证的。
        B: 你也太善良了。
