        我没胆/勇气去做。
        “勇气”这里用的是nerve，其实也可以换成“gut”。gut除了有“胆量，勇气”的意思外还有“肝脏”之意。

        事关生死。
        It’s a matter of…以后可以用这句开头：这是个什么什么问题。
        3. Nothing works.
        什么都不对劲儿。
        4. Money will come and go.
        钱乃身外之物。
        5. He’s been behind bars for almost 30 years.
        他坐了将近30年的牢。
        behind bars: 坐牢。

        假如我早知道，我就能帮你了。

        我不在乎。
        也可以用疑问的语气：Who cares? 谁管这个啊？

        我保证。
        可以想到promise滴~~
        9. He hit the ceiling at the news.
        他听到那消息暴跳如雷/大发雷霆。
        还可以联想到一个短语：drop this bombshell on me: 告诉我这个惊人的消息。（宣布爆炸性的事件，通常指坏消息。）例如：
        My mom dropped the bombshell that dad had cancer.
        我妈妈宣布了爸爸患了癌症的惊人消息。
