        1 last name同时也被称做surname或family name, 同样为姓氏的意思。
        2 华人在海外，通常会自取或由牧师取一个英文名，我们称Christian name, 例如： Ashley, Annie, George or Steven等。
        3 华人的Christian name常比中文翻译的英文名好念好记，故华人在国际社交圈中，常以Christian name自称；也因此有许多华人会将Christian name放入护照， 其写法通常将Christian name放在中文名字前，例如：Christian name为：Annie, 其全名可写为：Annie Shu-Ling Lai。
        4 如使用上述Annie Shu-Ling Lai的做法，Annie即为first name; Lai为last name; Shu-Ling就为middle name。
