                The tensions in the Korean Peninsula have dominated headlines since February when North Korea tested another nuclear warhead. It also tested new rocket technology ostensibly to send satellites into orbit, although no one abroad seemed quite to think that that was what the technology was for.自2月朝鲜试验了一枚核弹头开始，新闻标题就充斥着朝鲜半岛的紧张局势。朝鲜还试验了新的火箭技术，表面上是发射卫星进入轨道，但是国外人士都认为这不是该技术本来的目的。
