《夜巡》是17世纪荷兰画家伦勃朗的名画。现藏于荷兰阿姆斯特丹美术馆。此画所描绘的其实是白天队长与副队长的景象，因光线昏暗而被误为是描绘夜间，画中人物确有其人，有些人认为此画暗藏某些故事另有深意。

Modern Dutch re-workings of the painting are rarely as unexpected as Barry Kite's though one did relocate it to the Amsterdam gay scene of the 1970s.
My uncle Willem Kok died a few years ago. He was very famous in the 60s and 70s with a certain group of art lovers. He painted more kind of, the more erotic sides. He was fond of night life himself and he wanted to make an interpretation of the night life in the 60s and 70s. All the figures in the painting are the same ones as Rembrandt's Night Watch. Of course, they are different but the situation is exactly the same. The weapons they have in their hands, they are all in the same situation. The boy who had the graffiti that's something he did with his interpretation. I think he did a very good job with this one. It's exactly the same only it is transformed to these days.现代荷兰重新演义之作，很少像贝瑞凯特那么惊世骇俗，不过有一幅画将时空背景转换成1970年的阿姆斯特丹同志圈。我叔叔威廉科克几年前过世了。他在60、70年代很爱特定艺术爱好人士的喜爱。他的作品走的是情色风，我叔叔本身也很喜欢夜生活。所以决定用“夜巡”来诠释60、70年代的夜生活。画中的人物和林布阑“夜巡”一模一样，不能说是一模一样，但是布局是一样的。他们手上拿的武器都和原作一样，涂鸦男孩则是我叔叔的诠释之作。我认为这幅画画得很好，虽然一模一样，但时空转换至现代。
