阿隆·科普兰（AaronCopland，1900—），美国作曲家。祖籍俄国，是第一位被认为有本土风味的美国作曲家。30年代多次访问墨西哥，1936年根据墨西哥流行曲调创作管弦乐幻想曲《墨西哥沙龙》，十分成功。用这一风格写作的其他作品尚有芭蕾舞剧《小伙子比利》、《牧区竞技》和《阿帕拉契亚之春》。晚年少创作，转而从事指挥。

Copland spread his ideas about music in other ways. He taught at the New School for Social Research in New York City and at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. One of the many awards he received was the Pulitzer Prize. He won it in 1945 for his famous music for a ballet called "Appalachian Spring." It is one of his most popular works.
