                                        Some lucky person walked into this Publix supermarket in suburban Tampa over the past few days and bought a winning Powerball ticket now worth an estimated $590.5 million.                                         Severe weather moved through the Plains states over the weekend, bringing high winds, heavy rains and tornadoes.
